Referral Fee & Brokerage Disclosure

Elite International Real Estate Ltd is committed to transparency and ethical business practices. This page explains when we do and do not receive referral or brokerage fees in connection with third-party services.

Our Approach to Referrals

We introduce clients to third-party professionals and service providers where we believe this may assist their property transaction or investment objectives.

Clients are never under any obligation to use any recommended provider and are free to choose their own advisers at all times.

When We May Receive a Fee

We may receive a referral fee or brokerage fee in the following limited circumstances:

Business Rates Introductions

We may receive a referral fee where we introduce clients to specialist business rates or rating advisory firms.

Regulated Finance Introductions

Where permitted by regulation, we may receive a referral fee for regulated finance introductions, only with certain authorised firms.
Any such arrangement is disclosed to the client in writing and in advance.

Unregulated Finance (Broker Role)

For certain unregulated finance products, Elite International Real Estate Ltd acts as a broker, not merely an introducer.
In these cases, we receive a brokerage fee, which is disclosed to the client before proceeding.

Bonds and Investment Products

We may receive an introducer or referral fee in relation to bonds or investment products we promote or introduce.
All such arrangements are disclosed clearly prior to any commitment.

When We Pay Referral Fees

In some circumstances, Elite International Real Estate Ltd pays referral fees to third parties:

Bridging Finance Introductions

Where we are introduced to bridging finance opportunities by third-party introducers, we may pay a referral fee of up to 25% of our net fee for that introduction.

Property Sales Introductions

We may also pay referral fees for introductions to property sales opportunities, where a third party has introduced a vendor, property, or transaction to us.

Any referral fee payable is agreed separately and does not affect the price paid by the client unless expressly disclosed.

Complex legal matters, including:
