I was with two letting agents in Harrow for a few months with no joy, I contacted Bhavi after a colleague recommended her. I was disappointed with her rental appraisal which was much lower than previously quoted by local agents she went on to suggested for the rental income I wanted to achieve I should invest in the property and in her words neutralize the decor and upgrade the bathroom. I was offended it used to be my family home but only for a moment, she went on to explain why and she made sense. I agreed to empty the property of ALL my belongings including a 25-year-old side unit that became a bone of contention (Bhavi won) and decorated it with neutral colours and a new white bathroom. This only took two weeks it was like a wave through the house, which now looks amazing and while the refurbishments were taking place Bhavi has secured a tenant at the higher rate quoted from the harrow agents. I liked the fact Bhavi was straight to the point and pointed out exactly what needed to be done and within weeks the works were completed. I am not just a number to her and she takes pride in what she does.  My friends and family are impressed by the transformation and I have been asked by so many people including the neighbour who complained at the 8 am start for her number. Next year I aim to buy a few more run-down properties to refurbish after this experience with Bhavi, literally a one-stop-shop and stress-free.
