Key requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
✔️ Minimum 2 years’ estate agency experience (sales and/or lettings)
✔️ Full UK driving licence and your own car
✔️ Your own laptop and mobile phone
✔️ An outstanding personality and first-class communication skills
✔️ Strong ethics and professionalism, we do things the right way
✔️ Ideally, you live in the borough you’re allocated (local knowledge and community ties are a big plus)
✔️Professional qualifications (e.g., NAEA/ARLA) are preferred but not essential
The role (remote, with real support)
This is a remote position, suitable for highly motivated self-starters who can manage their own pipeline. You won’t be on your own:
✔️ Dedicated admin team support
✔️ Floaters who can cover your viewings when needed
✔️ Staff on hand to help run open days
✔️ Exclusive enquiries for your patch — no competing with in-house agents for a sale

✔️ Your own borough patch, once allocated, it’s yours exclusively to build, grow, and manage
✔️ All enquiries for your borough come directly to you
✔️ High performers can build and lead their own team within their borough

Safeguarding, DBS & compliance
Because our work brings us into clients’ homes — including contact with vulnerable adults and children — safeguarding and trust are essential.
✔️ All roles are subject to a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check before start.
✔️ We assess information in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, considering only relevant unspent convictions.
✔️ We cannot proceed where a Basic DBS reveals unspent convictions relevant to safeguarding or serious dishonesty (e.g., violence, sexual offences, offences against vulnerable persons, fraud).
✔️ We handle all DBS information confidentially and in line with the DBS Code of Practice and UK GDPR.
