Buy to Let Villa, Italy

Buying with Elite has been truly an enjoyable experience. We were purchasing two buy-to-let apartments in different regions in Italy and Elite had surpassed our expectations. At a few times, it looks as the sale would fall through as the seller was entertaining a bidding war with two other brokers, I was extremely frustrated as was Richard who after 48 hours managed to get the seller to honor our first agreed offer. I have dealt with brokers in the past that would not have bothered with situations like this, but Richard knew how much we wanted this and promised to do his best and delivered. I highly recommend Richard and will be using Elite again.
