I am a busy professional and after speaking to 4 letting agents near my rental property in Neasden and was recommended Elite by a trusted friend. I was not sure as Elite was based in Mill Hill but booked an appointment anyway. Bhavi blew me away with the HMO strategy. The outlay was more than initially wanted but now all rooms are occupied. I like the fact she coordinated contractors, local authorities, and even me at times. If you want something done give it to a busy person Bhavi's that person and I am looking forward to building a nice portfolio with her expertise.
