How It Works

Refer a Client
Share the details of potential clients with us via email or our online referral form. Make sure the client has consented to being contacted by us.

We Handle the Rest
Our team will engage with the referred client, manage the process, and keep you informed about the status of the sale.

Get Rewarded
Once the sale is completed, you’ll receive a referral fee as per the structure below.

Referral Fee Structure

For property sales between £500,000 and £1,000,000: Earn a flat fee of £250.

For property sales between £1,000,001 and £1,500,000: Earn a flat fee of £500.

For property sales between £1,500,001 and £2,000,000: Earn a flat fee of £1,000.

For Properties sales over £2,000,001: Earn a percentage-based fee.

Terms and Conditions

Referral fees are only applicable for new clients not already known to our company.

Referral payments will be made within 30 days of the successful completion of the sale.

Payments will be made via Bank Transfer.

Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations related to their referral fee.

Confidentiality is paramount—client information will not be disclosed without consent.
